White-matter tract atlas

Our tract atlas was annotated manually using diffusion MRI data from the MGH Connectom scanner, collected as part of the young adult Human Connectome Project. The following images show 42 tracts and average microstructural measures along each tract (FA: fractional anisotropy; RD: radial diffusivity; AD: axial diffusivity).

For details on the annotation protocol used to produce this atlas, and how the atlas can be used in TRACULA to reconstruct the same tracts automatically from lower-quality diffusion MRI data, see: Using diffusion MRI data acquired with ultra-high gradients to improve tractography in routine-quality data (2021).
